Log:
West Herts
were the other team demoted last season and once again we were treated
to some very strong tennis. Hopefully
when we play the return WH will be fooled by our loose stones and wavy
lines so we may get a better result.
Solid tennis from Liz and Kate with an excellent win against the
first pair. Rose and Helen
played their usual consistent game but unfortunately this is not shown
by their results. Anna and I
definitely warmed up as the evening progressed and managed a win against
the youngsters.
I’m not going to score the tea (I can’t
remember what we had) – but I know it was delicious.

This was the first match in the A team for Leanne
and as you can see from the results it was a very solid performance.
Radlett were demoted from division 2 last season and their
consistency showed. Although
we lost 3-6 it could so easily have been 6-3.
Once again excellent tennis and an encouraging result despite
being a defeat.
I cooked so I am not going to score the tea.
