In rather difficult conditions with a low sun and strong wind, our men notched their second defeat of the season against a strong Barnet team making their debut in the Herts veterans league.  Apparently a couple of former Cassiobury members have joined them and talked them into joining up, more signs of the Cassiobury club in turmoil perhaps?  

I had high hopes today, but sadly the nearest we got was a champions tiebreak in the last match on court, and even that went the wrong way.  Still, I think everyone enjoyed their day..........
