* 1. Associate Members are reminded that they are not entitled to play Saturday mornings before 1pm
2. JUNIOR PRIORITY on all Courts from 4.00 - 6.00pm  Monday to Thursday (unsupervised) and Fridays till 7.00pm, 7.30pm when tournament running
3. Coaching priority, whether for Seniors or Juniors, given as shown when booked. If not booked 72 hours in advance Members entitles to book court.
4. Where no other activities are scheduled, up to 3 courts are bookable six days in advance by all senior members using diary situated in the Clubhouse
    The Social Secretary has been given authority by the Committee to book Courts 1-4 on Friday 19.00 - 22.00 if required for an organised Club Social event.
5. Junior American Tournaments are run on the last Friday of the month (5.30 - 7.30pm)
6. Some Junior League matches and Matchplay sessions will be played on Saturday afternoons and/or Sunday mornings - please check diary/notice boards for details
7. During period October - April Veterans' League matches will require courts 1 and 2 on some Sunday mornings- please check diary
